Please note, Mountain Forest Wellness, LLC is transitioning to a broader focus on health and wellbeing and is in the process of changing its' name to Acorn Healing Art's, LLC.  

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) will remain an integral part of the services offered, as well as nutritional and lifestyle consultation and coaching, as well as working with people needing assistance navigating elimination and auto-immune diet protocols; and standard medial care for hormone management and contraception.  Mountain Forest Wellness, LLC will resurface again in the future; and will be dedicated exclusively to forest and nature  therapies, such as "Forest Bathing" sessions, woodland guided meditations, and even some "Tapping in the Forest" sessions for groups interested in combing the healing powers of both EFT and immersion in the energies of the forests.

Look  for  supportive informational and educational content, as well as organized forest and nature therapy opportunities later in 2024.
